Poor communication, office staff based over seas in Europe with different hours and VOIP delay on calls. Broken English didn't help in understanding operations along with communication with brokers. All load board freight. Little to no direct loads. I personally was a company driver and the truck was in the shop more than 14 times in 4 months. Tractor and APU mechanical issues. Some people were very nice and wanted to work with you on the issues. Most issues were due to lack of communication between support team.

*** Update *** I have had a member of management reach out and discuss some of the issues listed above and has assured me that a lot of things have been changed and modified to improve the entire production. I would just suggest trying to talk to current drivers and do your due diligence as you would before getting on with any company.

I am a current driver here, I drive a 2026 Peterbilt 579 that I received directly from the factory manufacturing plant… it still had plastic coverings on it when I got inside. We have 24 hour live support 7 days a week. Never ever have I had to call accounting and dispute anything on my pay settlement.. my money is there in my account every single week at the same time everytime.

The company will FLY you from your home state to the office, orientation is only a few hours and they have every single little thing already done for you by the time you even get here, so you literally leave the office, set up your truck, and depart immediately if you want to. Your permit book is neatly put together also.

Starting pay is .65 up until you hit 3,000 miles and at that time you hit 3k… every mile you drove goes up to .70! This is for drive van. Flatbed division conestoga gets paid more.

When the truck needs to go to a shop.. they don’t just send you.. they call and make sure you are already coming in with a work order that has already been sent.

You can’t even tell that the owner is the owner.. he’s super cool.

This is a safe company.. there’s no driving out of service there no driving with the ELD disconnected, there’s no driving when you are illegal and out of hours.. there is no driving when you are non compliant with federal regulation.

When you call the office they will greet you with respect and by your name… they will treat you like family regardless of your race, religion, gender.

Because of insurance purposes they can’t hire with SAP.

I was driving East on I-44 between Eureka MO and the exit for Hwy 141. Your truck driver pulled into my lane to allow a car to merge onto the highway. The driver of the car entered the I-44 then immediately pulled into the next lane cutting the truck driver off. The truck driver safely slowed his rig down pulled into the right lane and onto the side of the road to gain control of his truck. His quick action prevented a large accident from happening. The idiot who caused this mess had no idea what the caused. It's obvious this truck driver is very professional and well trained.
